By participating in Right Fit Pilates, LLC classes and services, and by using our website and booking app, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a class, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with all policies and terms set forth in this document and in our studio policies, which form part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the studio evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and ask you to review and accept the updated version the next time you sign in before booking.
2. Class Enrollment and Participation
To attend a class you must reserve a spot in advance and hold either a valid class credit or an active intro package at the time you book. Classes are normally 50 minutes and begin 10 minutes after the hour.
You are responsible for managing your own schedule and for the cancellation, late arrival, waitlist and no-show rules set out in our studio policies. Those rules include a 12-hour cancellation window and a discretionary $15 no-show fee.
If you join a waitlist and a spot opens, we may book you into that class automatically and use a class credit at that time. We will email you when this happens, and the standard cancellation policy applies from the moment you are booked.
3. Memberships and Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, on the anniversary of your purchase, until you cancel. The price and billing interval are shown before you pay and on the pricing page.
While your membership is active you can do all of this yourself, from Profile under Membership:
- Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your access until then.
- Change plans at any time. A change takes effect at your next renewal date rather than immediately, and is not prorated.
- Pause a monthly plan for up to three billing cycles. Annual plans cannot be paused online — contact the studio.
If your membership is paused or a plan change is already scheduled, resume it or undo the change first — or email us and we will do it for you. Payments already made are non-refundable, and you may hold only one active membership at a time.
4. Class Credits
Class credits are prepaid and non-refundable, and belong to the account that bought them — they cannot be moved to another person. If you want to give someone classes, we sell gift cards and guest passes for that.
Credits expire. The schedule that applies is shown at the time of purchase:
- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each monthly period
- Annual plan credits expire one year after purchase
- Class-pack credits expire one year after purchase
- Discounted member drop-in credits expire 30 days after purchase
Credits that were carried over as part of moving to this booking system expire twelve months from the date we moved. Credits you bought shortly before the move keep the expiry they were given at the time, which is shown in your account. Expired credits cannot be reinstated, and credits have no cash value. If you close your account, contact us about any credits you still hold.
If we cancel a class you are booked into, we will return the credit to your account. If the studio books you into a class on your behalf, a class credit is used at that time; if you do not have one, your balance can go below zero and your next purchase clears it before new credits become available.
5. The Two-Week Intro Package
The Two-Week Unlimited Intro gives you unlimited classes for 14 days from the start date you choose, up to one class per day. It does not use class credits.
It is one per person and non-refundable. When the two weeks end, further classes need a membership or class credits.
6. Gift Cards and Guest Passes
A gift card is valid for five years from the date it is purchased. Once it is redeemed, the credits it becomes are valid for one year from redemption. A gift card may be redeemed once, by one account.
A guest pass may be sent to one recipient. Sending it is final — once transferred, it belongs to the recipient and cannot be returned or reassigned. A guest pass carries its own expiry date, shown when you buy it and when you send it.
Gift cards and guest passes are not redeemable for cash.
7. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you complete a purchase, Stripe saves your payment method so we can charge fees you have agreed to under these Terms and our studio policies — specifically the $15 no-show fee. You can ask us to remove a saved card at any time.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or card issuer. If you are charged and your purchase does not appear in your account, contact us and we will resolve it.
8. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account and book classes. The studio may make occasional exceptions at its discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your health questionnaire, and for keeping your login details secure. New accounts require studio approval before booking, and we may refuse, suspend, or close an account for non-payment, unsafe conduct, or repeated policy violations.
To close your account, email us at info@rightfitpilates.com. There is no self-service account closure today.
9. The Website and Booking App
The website and booking app are provided as they are. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and schedules, instructors and available spots can change.
If a booking or credit error occurs, tell us and we will put it right. Apart from that, and apart from anything we cannot exclude by law, our total responsibility for any claim arising from the website, the booking app, or a billing error is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Health and Safety
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity, and there is a risk of injury. You are responsible for disclosing any health concerns to your instructor and for following the instructions provided for your safety.
11. Limitation of Liability
Right Fit Pilates, LLC will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by clients during classes or on the premises. Clients assume all responsibility for their participation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. Contact and Updates
We may update these Terms as operations evolve. Questions can be sent to info@rightfitpilates.com.
