● Classes are 50 minutes, beginning at 10 after the hour. All classes will begin and end as scheduled.
● All new clients are required to take at least one beginner class, or receive approval from your instructor to move on to the intermediate and advanced classes.
● 12 Hour Cancellation Policy: Right Fit Pilates has a 12-hour cancellation notice policy for all reserved classes. If you do not cancel a minimum of 12 hours prior to the start of class, you will be charged the full fee/ credit for that class. All cancellations made prior to the 12-hour window will result in a return of credit to your account.
● Late Appointments: It is very important to arrive on time for each class to allow your body time to warm up and to stay balanced (as pilates often works each side of the body at separate times). Late arrivals not only have a negative impact on your practice, they take away from the experience of the mind-body connection for your fellow members. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the full session, even though you may not receive a full class.
● Payment: Advanced payment is required to participate in class or schedule a group session. If for some reason you do not have enough credits in your account for a class that you have signed up for, your card will be charged after class for a full payment.
● Instructor emergency: In case of a last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to notify clients via email, text and/or cell phone call. We will also attempt to schedule a make-up class.
● Mobile device etiquette: Mobile devices (including smart phones and watches) must be set to silent or vibrate before class. For your safety, cell phone usage is strictly prohibited during class. All cell phone devices should be silenced and stowed away with your belongings prior to class. Pilates is a mind-body connection and we want to ensure that everyone in the class can connect more deeply with the movement in their bodies and follow along without any annoyances or interruptions. You will need to step off the reformer to address your device in an emergency.
